Bankruptcy Chapter 13 is a Reorganization for an Individual with Regular Income. Bankruptcy Chapter 13 allows formation of a plan whereby a payment plan is made to a court Trustee for all debts. Some Debt Issues can be modified and the plan term can extend to 5 years. Past due mortgage and car payments can be paid through the Bankruptcy Chapter 13 Plan.
